Hotel Management
Clients that decide to place their property to the hotel management will be entitled to:
- Share benefits for the rental:
- EXTRA furnishing and equipment such as: Plasma TV screen, minibar, security safe, telephones in each room, etc.
- 8 weeks per year to enjoy their property. No seasonal restrictions.
- You will receive USD 5,000 each year in vouchers to be used in the resort, for the first three years.
Hotel Management Contract is for 5 years
