Residential Sian Ka’an

A creation of the famous Mexican architects, Ricardo and Victor Legorreta, is a place for people who demand the best. Its architectural design is harmonious yet bold. The  PLAYACAR golf course, considered one of the best in the Mayan Riviera, was designs by internationally renowned, Robert Von Hagge. The building of these designers gives Sian Ka’an its and distinctive character.

Designed by the architects, LEGORRETA + LEGORRETA, the site has a triangular shape with the golf course to the east and street to the west and to the south.

The 87 residential units are divided into 29 buildings of three levels each, with one residential unit pre level. The buildings are located around three common areas with pools and general facilities, forming patios of different configurations generating spaces that have distinct characteristics throughout the complex.

Each building has a unique shape due to the design of individual lockout master suites. This design allows some bedrooms to be used as independent modules for more privacy. This feature creates the unique shape of each building.

Sian Ka’an is located in southeastern Mexico, about 35 miles south of Cancun, a world famous tourist destination. Here in the heart of the Mayan Riviera along the Mexican Caribbean, you will find Sian Ka’an within PLAYACR.
