DESCRIPTION OF THE ELEMENTS OF THE PROJECT
Electric Installation:
The appropriate charge has been planned for each one of the houses and each of them will count with a connection which will be ready to be hired by the Client with C.F.E. (Federal Electric Commission).
All the electric installation will be hidden by PVC pipes, besides there will be contact outlets in walls at 40 cm height, in each area according to its operation. All outlets will count with lights necessary for each area. All the electric conductive, switches, etc., necessary for these installations will be of first quality.
Hydraulic Installation:
It contains: Cistern, Hydro for the correct water pressure. The hidden feeding nets for bathrooms will be of “Hydraulic PVC”. To storage tap water it has a cistern with a capacity of 1,100 cubic meters according with the regulation.
Plumbing:
Its construction will be made with PVC in commercial diameters, this installation contains (interior drainage), floor drain, manholes and connection with the municipal drainage net. The installation will work once the downgrade vent is carried out (2%) and by gravity to the existing municipal plumbing net.
Civil Work
The laying of foundations will be made of stone lintels in layers and chains of reinforced concrete foundations, the wall will be of block set with mortar cement sand proportion 1:4 and will have reinforced headframes of 15 x 15 cms. F´c = 150 kg/ cm2 and embedded headframes with a bar of 3/8 according with the structural project, the slab will be of joist and vaults and a compression coat of concrete f´c= 150 kg/cms.

Upon beginning of construction, the builder will contract insurance for the construction.
