CALETTA MIA IN PUERTO AVENTURAS
Presents the last phase of development with a world class touristic residential project in an area of almost 116 acres in front of the Caribbean Sea.
The Inlet is the final stage of Puerto Aventuras and therefore the most exclusive area. Speaking in a town-planning way this is an extension of the nautical residential areas where the owner of a house will be able to have his boat and water toys in his own garden and from there to be able to access the navigation channels to the Sea and navigate the coast.
The land that covers this new project includes as a natural attraction the Inlet of Chac-hal-al, beach, protected natural reserve, two big cenotes and now three nautical channels. The Master Plan includes four condominal lots, one lot and one commercial island on the west side on Boulevard Puerto Aventuras by the golf course. It also contemplates five hotel lots to the East in front of the sea and the inlet. In the interior part includes 118 nautical residential lots.
The average area of the lots will be 1.97 acres for the hotel lots, 1.72 acres for the condominal lots and 8,072 sq. ft. for the nautical residential lots.
The urban design sets up wide roads managing a continuous sequence of visuals for the nautical channels with vast water areas like for the traffic islands and green areas that will highlight the tropical maritime nature of the zone.
The streets and avenues will be paved with concrete patterned and hidden trimmings in ogee molding. The electric installation, hydraulic and sanitation will be hidden under the same roads and sidewalks.
The gardening and urban furniture will respect part of the existing vegetation complementing it with local species giving priority to different palm species.
